For Christians, water has special meaning, as does our calling to be good stewards of all that God has entrusted to our care, including our environment. This coming Saturday, April 26, we are invited to help Boy Scout Troop 330 and Cub Scout Pack 30 with cleaning up the Rahway River around the area of the Bloodgoods Pond Dam near Winfield Park to commemorate Earth Day.
Meet in the parking area adjacent to the waterfall at the Bloodgoods Pond Dam at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 26 (rain date of Sunday, April 27). For more information and what to bring with you, see the article at nj.com.
