As we did last year, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church is partnering with the Roosevelt School in Rahway to provide much needed gifts to the school’s neediest students and families.  The school nurse at the Roosevelt School has shared with us these children’s needs, and we invite you to help provide for them.

The Giving Tree is adorned with ornaments that list various items that are needed by the children of the Roosevelt School.  Each ornament lists the gender, age, and item(s) needed by a particular child.  You can help these children by taking an ornament and returning it with the items listed on it to Zion’s parish office by December 16, 2014.  Please do not wrap these gifts, and tape the ornament to the gift(s) to help Roosevelt’s nurse match students with gifts.

We hope that there will be no ornaments left on the tree this year!
