This Sunday, May 28th at 10am, Zion will receive our Summer Intern from Princeton Theological Seminary. We will have a BBQ “Meet and Greet” following worship at approximately 11:15am in Pastor Pernini’s backyard next door to the church. Immigration: The ELCA Social Message on Immigration, the Bible, and the Christian Tradition
Please join us for this relevant topic! Thus far we have examined the ELCA’s social message on Immigration, key biblical concepts, and arguments both for and against deportation and a southern border wall. All points of view are welcome at these holy conversations.

Memorial Day Service at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church
We will host Rahway’s American Legion on Tuesday, May 30 for a Memorial Day service at 7pm in Zion’s Church. There, we will remember those veterans who died over the course of the year as well as remember all those veterans who have died. Please join us at 7pm! Bible Study will still be held at 7:30pm, Erich, Zion’s intern, has agreed to begin the Bible Study while Pastor presides at the Memorial Day Service.
