Annual Meeting of the Congregation of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church
The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2015 after the 10:30am worship service. The meeting begins with a light lunch including dessert. If you are unable to join our church family for lunch, you may join us for the business session at approximately 12 noon.
The agenda includes congregation actions on a proposed 2015 budget; the election of members to the Congregational Council and two voting members to attend the New Jersey Synod Assembly in 2015. There will also be discussion concerning the use of the remaining funds from “Building on Blessings.”
Copies of the Annual Report will be available in the Narthex by Saturday, January 18, or, if for any reason you cannot pick up a copy in the Narthex and you wish to review the report prior to the meeting, please contact the church office at 732-388-1815. We will do our utmost to see that you receive a copy promptly.
